Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for: managing library resources, including ordering and cataloging materials; providing information services to library patrons; developing and maintaining library policies and procedures; organizing book readings, lectures, seminars, workshops, and other events; supervising staff members; and managing budgets.

Criteria for Success
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), have strong customer service skills, and be highly knowledgeable about library resources. Additionally, they should possess the ability to develop relationships with other libraries or organizations.
