Job Description for Secretary
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to the executive staff and other departments.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. In addition, the ideal candidate should be proficient in computer programs, such as MS Office Suite, with a knack for detail-oriented work and problem solving.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Organize and maintain files and records; update paperwork, maintain documents, etc.;
-Answer telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff;
-Act as point of contact between executives and clients;
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars;
-Book travel arrangements;
-Write business correspondence;
-Provide general administrative support to all departments;
-Complete special projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, making adjustments to plans.
Required Skills:
-Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi task;
-Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic;
-Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
-Detail oriented with a knack for problem solving;
Qualifications:
-At least two years of experience in a similar role;
-High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Salary: 1700 QR
