Land surveyor in Doha, Qatar


We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate measurement and mapping of land areas and terrain features. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills in order to produce detailed reports about the surveyed area.

The successful candidate must have a degree or relevant qualifications in land surveying and a minimum of two years’ experience in the field. You must also have a full driving license and be willing to work flexible hours as necessary.

You will be required to use surveying instruments such as total stations, theodolites, GPS receivers, drones and aerial photography. You will also use specialist software applications such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS and Global Mapper for creating maps and diagrams from collected data.

In addition to your technical abilities, you should possess excellent communication skills in order to liaise with clients onsite. You should also have strong interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with colleagues both onsite and at our office in Doha.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, be dependable and reliable at all times, demonstrate sound judgement when dealing with difficult tasks or situations, maintain accuracy when recording data, and keep up-to-date with changes in technology or legislation that may affect the surveying process.
