Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to make a difference in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing premium quality coffee and tea services in our café while acting as a customer service representative. The position offers a competitive salary of 1100 AED/month. We are ready to consider applicants from abroad who are interested in relocating to Dubai.

Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a Barista and knowledge of various types of coffee brewing methods and tea preparation techniques. In addition, the applicant should possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to read customers’ needs quickly and accurately. The ability to take initiative and work independently is necessary for success in this role. Fluency in English language is essential; any additional language skills would be an asset.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Prepare beverages and serve food items according to recipes or customer specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work area at all times
• Take orders from customers, serve them efficiently, provide guidance on food options when needed
• Educate customers on coffee brewing methods, tea preparation techniques, menu items, etc
• Ensure that all items served meet established quality standards
• Make sure the café is stocked with supplies like cups, lids, syrups etc
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
• Clean equipment like espresso machines regularly
• Follow health regulations related to food handling and preparation

Work Hours
The shift timings will vary depending on the day but generally will fall between 8am-10pm seven days a week including weekends & holidays.
