Crane Operator

Job Description:
The Crane Operator is responsible for operating a crane to lift, move, and position loads such as machinery, equipment and other materials. The Crane Operator must have a good knowledge of the crane’s operation, safety procedures, and any applicable laws. The operator will be in charge of inspecting the crane before use to make sure that it is in proper working order, controlling the crane remotely or manually as needed and keeping records of maintenance checks and inspections. The Crane Operator must also follow all safety protocols when using the crane.

Job Requirements:
- Must be able to operate a crane safely and accurately
- Must be knowledgeable about the operation of a crane
- Must have experience with operating cranes
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- Excellent communication skills

Qualifications:
A minimum of two years experience operating cranes is required for this position. Candidates must understand all safety protocols related to operating a crane and possess excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license is also required for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience working in outdoor conditions in different weather types.
