Business Manager Job
We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing business operations and leading teams. The successful candidate must be highly organized, analytical, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure business growth and profitability
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure efficiency and financial success
• Develop relationships with external partners to ensure the company’s goals are met
• Oversee budget development and management of all departments
• Manage the staff by providing guidance, training, and career development opportunities
• Evaluate organizational performance against established objectives and develop plans to improve performance where necessary

• Establish effective policies, procedures, and internal controls for the organization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role with increasing responsibility
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations efficiently
