We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, as well as developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, profits and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Previous experience managing teams is essential.

The Business Manager will need to have excellent communication skills in order to effectively guide and manage employees. They must also be comfortable making decisions on their own, as well as working with other departments in order to ensure that all objectives are met efficiently. Additionally, they must possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to troubleshoot issues quickly and have an aptitude for multitasking.

The primary duties of the Business Manager include overseeing daily operations of the business, creating budgets, developing strategies for increasing sales/profits/customer satisfaction, training staff members and monitoring performance of subordinates. They may also need to design marketing plans and pricing strategies according to market trends.

This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary of 1600 QAR per month depending on experience and qualifications. We welcome applications from foreign nationals who want to work in Doha.
