Khalifa A City is looking for a Project Manager to join its team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development of projects within the city and ensuring that they are completed on time and to budget.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects across multiple areas. They will be expected to liaise with stakeholders, manage budgets, ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations, set goals, track progress, review reports, provide guidance to project teams, and ensure that all project objectives are met.

To qualify for this role, the ideal candidate should have a degree in project management or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not a requirement. Furthermore, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills; strong organizational abilities; problem-solving capabilities; the ability to make decisions quickly; a good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations; an understanding of budgeting processes; and superior leadership skills.

In addition to the above qualifications and skills, this position requires the individual to have excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with stakeholders both internally and externally. They should also have strong writing skills as they may be required to prepare reports on projects as well as other documentation related to it.
