Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion while managing risks and resources. You will need to be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, while also providing excellent customer service. The successful applicant must have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing project plans, including goals, tasks, timelines and resources
• Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Managing project teams of internal staff as well as external contractors or consultants
• Estimating project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget
• Tracking progress of each project against agreed timeline milestones
• Planning risk management strategies in order to mitigate any potential risks associated with each project
• Liaising with stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle • Reporting on project progress on a regular basis
• Identifying areas of improvement for each project and implementing changes where necessary.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management in a corporate environment
• Proven track record of successful completion of projects on time and within budget • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail • Strong problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written • Ability to work collaboratively across departments • Proficiency in using MS Office applications (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) • Knowledge of PMBOK principles is an advantage

Qualifications:
• PMP Certification or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential • Demonstrable experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders • Ability to lead cross-functional teams towards common objectives • Excellent analytical skills – able to assess data quickly and accurately • A strong understanding of risk management principles • Ability to present complex topics in an understandable way
