Office assistant in Ajman, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve working closely with the administrative team and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff. The Office Assistant must be able to handle confidential information with discretion. Additionally, they should have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and respond to emails
• Create and manage filing systems
• Prepare documents for meetings or other purposes
• Maintain office supplies
• Update contact lists
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices or personnel
• Provide administrative support for various departments when needed
• Assist with other tasks as required by management staff.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
• At least one year of office administration experience desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
