Office assistant in Khawr Fakkan, UAE
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team.
The primary role of the Office Assistant is to provide administrative support to the team. This includes but is not limited to managing incoming and outgoing calls, handling emails, filing documents, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked. Additionally, the Office Assistant will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and handling customer complaints.
The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required. We also welcome applications from immigrants with relevant experience.
The successful applicant will receive a salary of 1700 per month plus additional benefits such as health insurance and vacation days.
