Job Requirements
- A degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in the field of mechanical engineering
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and improve mechanical systems or components
- Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions
- Monitor performance of machines or systems during operation or production runs
- Develop test protocols for equipment evaluations or process assessments
- Troubleshoot problems with existing designs, processes or systems
- Prepare technical reports on project progress or results
