Sales Manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual, with the ability to think outside of the box, as well as excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in sales, at least 2 years of experience in the industry, and a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies. They should be able to lead and inspire a team, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

As Sales Manager your responsibilities will include: establishing and maintaining relationships with clients; developing and implementing sales strategies; providing effective leadership to a team of sales professionals; negotiating contracts; overseeing market research activities; monitoring competitor activities; tracking sales performance; analyzing data to identify trends or opportunities for improvement; developing marketing plans for new products or services; attending networking events; and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. They should also have a high level of attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role with minimal work experience. The salary for this position is 1700 AED per month.
