We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring consistent high quality of food and customer service throughout the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, be highly organized and have great leadership skills.

You must have at least five years of experience as a professional chef and have a culinary degree or equivalent qualifications, preferably with Middle Eastern cuisine experience. You must also possess excellent communication skills in English and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing menus, managing budgets, developing staff, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, managing inventory and ordering supplies, planning special events, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must also demonstrate knowledge of food costs and portion control as well as ensuring that all recipes are followed correctly.
