Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. You will report directly to the Head Chef and be responsible for producing high quality meals. We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 AED with the possibility of career advancement.

Qualification Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess at least three years’ experience as a Chef or Cook in fine dining restaurants or hotels. You should also have basic knowledge of food safety regulations as well as excellent organizational skills. Additionally, you must have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality control in all your work.

Job Duties:
As part of your role, you will be responsible for recipe development, food preparation, menu planning, ordering supplies, inventory control, sanitation regulations compliance, food presentation standards maintenance and any other tasks assigned by your supervisor or Head Chef. You should also be able to manage staff efficiently while monitoring their performance on an ongoing basis. Finally you must ensure that all safety regulations are followed when handling food products or when using kitchen equipment at all times.
