Barista job opportunity in Dibba-El-Fujairah

We are seeking a driven, experienced Barista to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and customer service. This position offers a salary of 1600 AED per month, and we are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants.

The successful candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service, as well as prepare and serve coffee using the right techniques and procedures. They will also need to be able to create decorative designs for each drink and ensure that all areas of the cafe are kept clean and sanitary at all times.

The successful candidate should have previous barista experience, preferably within a cafe setting. They should also have outstanding communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. They must be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.

The Barista will need to keep up with current trends in coffee drinks, as well as have an understanding of food safety regulations and health codes. The ideal candidate should also have basic computer skills so they can use our Point Of Sale system when needed.
