Barista in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Barista to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques.

We are looking for someone who can deliver excellent service to our customers, both in terms of quality and speed. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and provide friendly service to each customer.

The key responsibilities of the Barista include:
• Preparing specialty coffees using manual and automated methods
• Maintaining professional standards of customer service during peak times
• Providing customers with information on products available
• Ensuring that all station areas are clean and organized at all times
• Accepting cash payments from customers
• Packaging and labeling products accurately
• Maintaining records of orders taken by customers and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctly
• Adhering to health & safety regulations at all times.

The successful candidate must possess:
• A minimum of 1 year experience in the field or related area is preferred but not essential • Knowledgeable about specialty coffee drinks & brewing methods • Outstanding customer service skills • Ability to multi-task & work efficiently under pressure • Professional attitude & courteous demeanor • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is desirable) • Basic understanding of health & safety regulations • Willingness to adapt quickly to changing situations • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This position offers an attractive salary of 1200 AED per month. We welcome applications from foreigners who meet the required criteria.
