We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks such as coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages. They must have excellent customer service skills to ensure all customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.

The successful candidate should be knowledgeable in all aspects of coffee-making, including grinding beans, brewing techniques, and latte art. They should also have strong problem solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing a variety of drinks such as coffee, tea, juices, smoothies etc.
• Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring all beverages are prepared according to recipe standards
• Working quickly and efficiently during busy periods
• Cleaning and maintaining the work area throughout the day
• Maintaining stock levels of beverages and other ingredients
• Analyzing daily sales figures to determine product inventory needs.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues when necessary

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of coffee-making (grinding beans, brewing techniques etc.)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently or as part of a team
• Ability to memorize large drink orders quickly
