We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. This position requires someone who is an experienced professional in the field of land surveying and property measurement, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional analytical skills. The successful candidate will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and possess knowledge of the local land regulations.

The main responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include:
• Measuring and mapping properties, boundaries, roads, waterways, topography etc.
• Preparing detailed surveys based on the measurements taken
• Investigating any variations between survey results and documents or maps
• Supervising any junior staff on the job site
• Ensuring that all measurements are accurately recorded as per accepted standards
• Keeping up to date with changes to laws regarding land surveying


The ideal candidate should have:
• A degree in civil engineering or land surveying from an accredited institution
• At least 5 years of experience in land surveying or property measurements
• Proven experience using relevant software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS Mapping etc.
• An understanding of local regulations regarding land surveying or property measurements
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
