We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land, performing calculations, and collecting geographic data to create a detailed map of the area.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a land surveying role, have expert knowledge of relevant software, and have a proven track record in producing accurate and reliable results. The ability to work with minimal supervision is essential for this role.

The primary responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include:

• Visiting sites across Al Shamkhah City to measure distances, angles, elevations and slopes using specialized surveying equipment
• Analyzing data collected at the site using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Creating detailed maps of the area based on accuracy readings
• Identifying any discrepancies between surveyed areas and existing maps or plans
• Consulting with clients to determine their specific needs and providing advice on how best to achieve them
• Keeping accurate records of all measurements taken during the survey process

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong problem-solving skills, have superior attention to detail and be able to work under pressure. You must also have excellent communication skills as you will need to liaise with clients so that you understand their requirements fully. Working knowledge of relevant software packages is essential for this position as well as experience working with GPS systems.
