Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Truck Driver to deliver products to our clients in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading goods while following relevant safety regulations. The Truck Driver should have a professional attitude and be able to work independently or with others as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan routes according to delivery instructions and road regulations
• Load cargo onto the truck according to size and weight specifications
• Ensure that cargo is secured properly so it does not shift during the journey
• Drive the truck safely within speed limits and adhere to all traffic laws
• Maintain communication with dispatch team to receive or provide updates on deliveries
• Report any mechanical issues or repair needs immediately
• Perform daily inspection of the truck before starting a route to ensure it is in proper working order
• Unload cargo at the designated destination carefully with assistance from loading/unloading equipment when necessary
• Follow all safety protocols while on the road and at delivery sites
• Keep records of delivered goods, mileage covered, fuel expenses, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; commercial driver’s license is preferred
• Proven experience as a truck driver; experience driving 10-wheeler trucks is an asset • Knowledge of applicable laws regarding vehicle operation, road safety, transportation laws/regulations • Ability to read maps accurately and plan optimal routes • Good physical condition – must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. • Familiarity with GPS devices; ability to use mobile apps for navigation purposes • Willingness to work long hours in all weather conditions • Excellent driving skills; clean driving record • Great time management abilities; good organizational skills
