Surveyor – Riyadh
We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in surveying and conducting land surveys, preferably in the Middle East region.

Job Summary:
The Surveyor will be responsible for surveying and mapping land, as well as managing survey projects. He/she must be able to interpret data from field notes, aerial photographs and other sources. The successful candidate must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Minimum of two year’s experience conducting land surveys
• Ability to interpret data from field notes, aerial photographs and other sources
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Solid understanding of survey principles, techniques and procedures
• Good knowledge of software related to survey processes (CAD, GIS etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting surveys including boundary/topographic/property surveys, construction staking surveys and control surveys
• Analysis of existing conditions using AutoCAD software or other related software • Interpreting field data from collected information by total station, levels or GPS equipment • Drafting detailed maps for use in construction projects • Maintaining records of all survey activities • Working under strict safety regulations when operating machinery or tools

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or surveying is preferred • Ability to work flexible hours and travel when required • Valid driver’s license with good driving record • Excellent organizational skills • Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
