Surveyor – Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. In this position, you will be responsible for the accurate measurement of land, buildings and other structures in order to produce 2D and 3D drawings.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of surveying technology and relevant software solutions. You should also be able to interpret legal documents and use various surveying instruments. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also essential.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role
• Good knowledge of surveying technology
• Working knowledge of relevant software solutions (GIS, AutoCAD etc.)
• Ability to interpret legal documents
• Familiarity with various surveying instruments (total station, theodolite etc.)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Collect data for land surveys using total station, GPS systems and other survey equipment
• Interpret legal documents related to surveys
• Analyze data using GIS software or other related programs
• Prepare sketches, maps, reports and legal descriptions of property boundaries
• Verify the accuracy of survey data and adjust errors if needed

Salary: 1500
