Surveyor – Riyadh

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing surveying projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on-time. This position requires a strong understanding of surveying techniques and principles, as well as a strong level of technical proficiency. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage surveying projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans that identify necessary resources, timelines, objectives, and deliverables
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with regulations
• Utilize a variety of surveying equipment such as GPS systems, robotic total stations, digital levels, etc.
• Inspect projects regularly to ensure accuracy
• Prepare detailed reports on survey results
• Manage the preparation of base maps for land development projects
• Develop relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain records of all surveys conducted

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field preferred but not required
• 3+ years’ experience in land surveying or related field is preferred but not required
