We are seeking an experienced Florist to join our team of professionals in Doha, Qatar. Our ideal candidate is a creative individual who is passionate about flowers and floral design. In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements that meet customer requirements and expectations.

The successful candidate will have a good eye for detail and be able to work with a wide variety of flowers and plants, while also demonstrating excellent customer service skills. You should have extensive knowledge of flower types and varieties, as well as an understanding of current trends in the industry. The ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating beautiful floral arrangements for customers
• Selecting the appropriate flowers and plants for each arrangement
• Ensuring quality standards are met
• Maintaining the shop’s inventory of fresh flowers
• Assisting customers with their selections
• Advising on flower care and maintenance
• Keeping up-to-date with current trends in the industry
• Working with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

The successful candidate should possess:
• Previous experience as a Florist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of flower types, varieties, and trends
• Proven ability to create stunning arrangements within time constraints
• Meticulous attention to detail when selecting flowers and plants
• Outstanding customer service skills
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
