We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to serve as a Land Surveyor in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills and have an understanding of basic surveying principles and techniques.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, researching survey records, analyzing survey results and preparing maps and reports. They will need to ensure that all surveying plans meet the applicable laws and regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret maps, diagrams, blueprints, etc.
• Proficiency with surveying software programs (e.g., Civil 3D)
• Willingness to travel when necessary
