Land surveyor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This position involves surveying land and analyzing the data to ensure accurate measurements and proper documentation. The successful candidate will have experience working with GPS systems and knowledge of surveying techniques, as well as a good understanding of the relevant regulations and laws.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in surveying or related field, or equivalent experience. They must be highly organized and capable of making accurate calculations quickly and precisely. The Land Surveyor must have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all their work.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys on various sites and accurately recording all data collected. You will analyze aerial images, examine terrain features, measure distances, record elevation levels, and document all measurements made during surveys. You must also be able to interpret maps, diagrams, drawings, sketches, photographs, and survey reports. In addition to this you will need to be able to read legal documents relating to survey sites such as deed restrictions or land use rights.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh offering a competitive salary of 1500 SAR per month plus benefits package including medical insurance coverage and paid holidays/vacations.
