At our company, we believe in providing the best construction services to our customers. Our Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from beginning to end. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a related field and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Our company is located in Abu-Dhabi and offers a salary of 1500 for this position. This position also provides an excellent opportunity for immigrants as we are willing to consider applicants with valid work permits.

As our Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing construction projects as well as ensuring that all safety regulations are followed during each project. You will be expected to oversee all aspects of the project including budget management, scheduling tasks, quality assurance and risk management. You will also be responsible for managing contractors and subcontractors throughout the duration of each project.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong organizational skills in order to monitor progress of projects and ensure that deadlines are met. You must also possess problem-solving skills in order to address any issues that may arise during the course of a project as well as decision-making abilities when it comes to any changes or adaptations that need to be made during a project’s duration.

In addition, you should have knowledge of building codes and regulations as well as familiarity with various types of construction materials and techniques in order to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all safety guidelines set forth by local laws. Knowledge of AutoCAD is highly preferred but not required.
