We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the construction project from start to finish and ensuring that it meets all required specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage competing priorities

Responsibilities:
• Planning, coordinating, supervising and monitoring the activities of subcontractors onsite.
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources etc.
• Setting targets for productivity and deadlines for projects.
• Ensuring safety regulations are met by all contractors onsite.
• Ensuring that project goals are met within budget and on schedule.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
