Machine Operator – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety regulations. A strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of standard operating procedures is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery according to established quality standards.
• Analyze and adjust equipment settings as needed to ensure optimal performance of machines.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as required to keep them running smoothly.
• Monitor machine processes closely and troubleshoot any problems that arise.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times while working with machinery.
• Maintain a clean work area by adhering to all safety regulations and housekeeping procedures.
• Keep accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role within a production setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, etc., is essential for success in this role.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude with knowledge of basic arithmetic is necessary for this position.
• Good problem-solving skills are essential for identifying issues with machinery and making adjustments accordingly.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail is also important for this role.
