Excavator Operator

We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Doha. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating an excavator to move earth, debris, or other materials in a construction-related environment. The successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of the safety regulations and be able to follow instructions closely.

Job Description:
The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating the excavator according to the directions of the supervisor. The operator will need to ensure that the equipment is being operated in a safe manner at all times and that all safety protocols are followed. The excavator operator must conduct regular maintenance checks on the equipment, including checking fluid levels and ensuring that filters are in good condition. The operator must also inspect the excavator before each use and keep documents updated with any changes made or defects found during inspections. In addition, they will need to monitor vehicle performance during operation and notify supervisors if any problems are noticed.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an excavator operator in a construction setting
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no suspensions
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Must have knowledge of safety regulations related to excavation operations
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical documents, traffic signs, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
