Pharmacist Vacancy in Dubai

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Pharmacist
• Work permit or any other valid UAE visa
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines
• Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drugs, medicines, and their uses
• Familiarity with safety regulations around the use, storage, and distribution of drugs

Duties:
• Dispensing medications prescribed by physicians or other healthcare professionals
• Answering questions from patients about drug interactions, side effects, dosage levels, storage instructions, and proper conditions for taking medications
• Keeping records of patient medical history
• Providing advice on the selection and usage of over-the-counter medications
• Advising health care professionals on the selection and dosage of medication

Job Description:
The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring that all medications dispensed are safe and effective. This will involve working closely with patients to ensure they understand instructions on how to take their medication correctly. The Pharmacist must also provide advice on the selection and use of over-the-counter medications. Additionally, they must ensure that all records regarding patient medical history are accurately kept. Finally, they must advise healthcare professionals on the selection and dosage of medication when required.
