We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This position will be responsible for the complete operation of the kitchen, including menu design, staff management, food and beverage inventory control, and ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel or restaurant setting. They must have excellent culinary skills, demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, possess a great eye for detail and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive Chef will manage all kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to all health and safety standards and that all duties are carried out at the highest level of quality. They will also oversee purchasing, storage and distribution of food items in accordance with budget guidelines.

The Executive Chef must be able to develop menus based on the latest trends to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. They must also ensure efficient stock rotation processes are followed at all times.
