Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team of culinary professionals in creating and delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests. As a key member of the kitchen staff, the Executive Chef will plan menus, create new recipes, manage and order supplies, ensure that food preparation adheres to hygiene standards and monitor staff performance. This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

Requirements:
Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment and be proficient in the use of modern kitchen equipment. An international reputation as a talented chef is highly desirable. A good understanding of planning, budgeting and financial management is also required. Candidates should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not necessary.
