We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in a five-star hotel setting. The successful applicant must be highly organized, creative and have a passion for gastronomy.

The Executive Chef is responsible for leading the culinary team in delivering quality dishes, developing new recipes and menus, training staff, as well as ensuring that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, effective communication with colleagues, and strong problem solving abilities. They must have an eye for detail and be passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

The ideal candidate should also possess the following qualifications:
• A relevant qualification in culinary arts or management;
• Proven experience in a similar role;
• Excellent knowledge of food trends;
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations;
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask;
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively;
• Great interpersonal skills;
• A valid work permit (foreign candidates only).
