Executive Chef - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and experience creating high-quality dishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and training the kitchen staff, as well as designing and implementing new menu items. This position is full-time with a salary of 1500.

The Executive Chef must possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate the team to produce delicious food that meets our high standards. The successful candidate must have an eye for detail, a passion for culinary arts, and the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of local cuisine, international cuisine, baking techniques, food safety practices, and nutrition
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and other staff members
• Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
• Creativity in menu design/presentation
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing financial aspects of the kitchen, such as food costs and labor costs
