They must have a basic understanding of security protocols and be able to conduct patrols of the premises. They will also need to have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to act quickly in an emergency situation.

The primary responsibility of the Security Escort is to monitor the environment, respond quickly and effectively to any security breaches or alarms, and report any suspicious activities or persons. The successful candidate must also possess the ability to effectively diffuse potential conflicts between clients or employees, as well as maintain order on the premises at all times. The Security Escort should remain calm under pressure, with strong decision-making abilities.

Candidates should hold a valid certificate from an accredited security training program or equivalent experience in the field of security escort services. A valid driver's license is also required for this role.
