We are a leading wine bar in Dubai offering a unique dining experience to patrons. Our team is passionate about creating an enjoyable atmosphere and providing excellent service. As such, we are looking for a talented Sommelier to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting and recommending wines to guests, taking into account their individual taste preferences. In addition to this, the Sommelier will be expected to maintain and manage the wine cellar, ensuring that all bottles are properly stored and rotated for maximum quality control. The ideal candidate should also be knowledgeable about food-wine pairings and have an extensive understanding of the various grape varieties and production methods used in producing wine.

To be successful in this role you must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as a good understanding of wines from around the world. Previous experience working as a Sommelier is preferred but not essential as on-the-job training can be provided. A valid license or certification is beneficial but not necessary as long as you can demonstrate your knowledge and passion for wine during the interview process.

The successful applicant will receive an attractive salary package of 1000 AED per month along with other benefits such as medical insurance, free meals on duty, staff discounts etc.
