We are looking for a talented Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a passion for providing exceptional service and extensive knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the selection, storage, and service of alcoholic beverages in our restaurant. They will also be expected to build relationships with suppliers and stay up to date on industry trends. We are looking for someone who will ensure the highest level of quality while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

The successful candidate should possess an advanced knowledge of beverage production and service techniques. They should also have excellent communication skills and be highly organized. Experience in customer service is a must, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The Sommelier position requires the ability to effectively manage inventory and possess creative problem-solving skills. The successful candidate should have experience working with POS systems, ordering beverages from suppliers, creating wine menus, handling customer inquiries, and training staff on beverage service procedures.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month plus bonus incentives based on performance.
