We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in the heart of Dubai. With a salary of 1500, we are committed to offering a competitive package that includes excellent benefits.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong knowledge of wines from around the world, including regional varietals, vintages and other characteristics. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury environment. A qualification in wine tasting or sommelier training would be highly advantageous.

The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the wine list selection process, providing advice to guests on food and wine pairing options, recommending wines to guests and placing orders with suppliers. The Sommelier will also be responsible for ensuring that the storage temperature and cleanliness of the cellar is maintained at all times according to health and safety standards. The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
