We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations and leading the team of staff to ensure customer satisfaction and financial success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is an understanding of the local market and trends. Experience with international cuisine is also preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, planning menus, updating records, evaluating performance, setting goals, and ensuring compliance with health codes. You will also be tasked with developing strategies for increasing sales and profits by implementing promotions and marketing initiatives. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
