Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the entire restaurant operations, including ordering supplies, scheduling staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that food safety standards are met;
• Oversee daily operations such as staffing, scheduling, training, food preparation, customer service, health and safety regulations;
• Develop innovative strategies to attract more customers to the restaurant;
• Monitor the performance of the staff members to ensure that they meet all customer service requirements;
• Create reports on sales performance of the restaurant as well as analyze staff performance data;
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.

Required Skills:
• Proven experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager or similar position;
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively; • Good communication skills both verbal and written; • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; • High level of organization skills with attention to detail. • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
