Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Dubai location. This is a full-time position and offers a competitive salary of 1300 AED. The ideal candidate should be familiar with all aspects of restaurant operations and have the ability to lead and motivate staff members.

Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
• At least five years of experience in restaurant management and customer service
• Proven track record of delivering quality service to customers
• Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations. In this role you will:
• Manage staff including hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, coaching and disciplining employees as necessary
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability by increasing customer satisfaction
• Monitor stock levels of supplies such as food items, beverages, tableware, etc., ensuring they are appropriately stocked according to projected needs
• Ensure compliance with health codes by performing regular inspections of food storage areas, kitchen equipment, dining areas etc.
• Prepare budgets for costs related to labor, food supplies etc., analyzing data trends over time in order to identify opportunities for cost savings or increased efficiency
• Develop marketing programs such as promotional menus or special events that increase customer awareness of the restaurant's offerings
