This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a dynamic and ambitious team in Dubai.

We are looking for a professional and motivated individual who will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate will possess at least three years of experience in restaurant management, including staff training, cost management, customer service and health & safety regulations.

The successful candidate will be ultimately responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, increasing sales revenue and controlling costs. They must have excellent communication skills and be capable of creating a warm atmosphere where customers feel at home.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional business acumen with strong analytical skills as well as the ability to manage budgets efficiently. They should also have the ability to motivate staff, handle complaints appropriately and take initiative when resolving issues. They must be able to develop marketing plans to increase sales revenue for the restaurant and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
