We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Librarian to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the library, organizing and categorizing material and providing customers with access to resources. They must be knowledgeable about library technology and able to assist customers in locating materials and resources. The librarian must also ensure the library is adequately stocked with new materials, books, magazines, periodicals and other resources.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, excellent customer service experience, strong knowledge of library operations, great research skills and an understanding of copyright laws. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable with both digital and print resources. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about learning new technologies and willing to stay current on industry trends.

The successful candidate will be expected to work flexible hours, plan events that promote the library's services, develop programs such as reading clubs or book discussion groups, create displays that highlight available materials or special collections, maintain records of patron accounts, generate reports related to circulation activities or other library activities as needed.
