Waiter vacancy in Doha

We are looking for a Waiter to join our team at a restaurant in Doha. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and have good communication skills. The salary for this position is 1000 QR (Qatar Riyal). We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position
• Good knowledge of food & beverages
• Fluent English and/or Arabic language skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including safety regulations

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers as they arrive and show them to their seats
• Take orders from customers accurately, enter orders into the Point of Sale system and deliver them promptly
• Provide recommendations on menu items when requested
• Maintain a clean work area by removing dishes, wiping down surfaces and resetting tables throughout the shift
• Ensure all orders are accurate before delivering them to customers

Working Hours/Conditions:
This is a full-time role, with shifts primarily during the day or evening. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment with high demands from customers. The working conditions may require you to stand for extended periods of time. Other benefits include free meals during work hours.
