We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers an attractive salary of 1200 and we are open to considering applicants from all backgrounds, including immigrants.

The ideal candidate has an outgoing and welcoming personality, a keen eye for detail, and an enthusiasm for delivering the highest level of customer service. They should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing drinks to order in line with our high standards. This includes making coffee and tea, managing stock levels, educating customers on our products and services, and answering customer queries in a polite manner. Additionally, they must adhere to all health and safety regulations while keeping the workspace clean and tidy at all times.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be given; however a basic understanding of food hygiene would be advantageous. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and able to work quickly under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy. Additionally, the successful applicant must be available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
