Barista - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills as well as a positive attitude and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including but not limited to espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato, mocha, smoothies, frappes and more. They will also need to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation and food safety at all times.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualities:
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of coffee making techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• The ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations
• A friendly attitude towards customers and co-workers
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
