We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position requires an individual with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a barista and demonstrate their ability to create delicious drinks from espresso beans and other ingredients.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to remain calm under pressure. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers and fellow staff members, handle complaints promptly, and maintain a professional attitude at all times. They must also have the capacity to multi-task, operate basic equipment such as cash registers, coffee machines, grinders, etc., and be able to upsell products.

We offer a competitive salary of 900 for this role along with the opportunity for growth within the company.
