We are looking to hire a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant is expected to have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for serving customers.

The ideal candidate should be able to think on their feet and respond quickly to customer requests. They should also be able to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to the overall dynamic of the workplace. Additionally, the candidate should have basic knowledge of brewing methods and coffee drinks, as well as an understanding of the industry.

The Barista will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks according to customer orders, as well as cleaning and maintaining equipment and the cafe area. The Barista will also be asked to interact with customers in order to provide friendly and knowledgeable service, take payment for orders, answer questions about menu items, and suggest additional products or services when appropriate.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and upper management. Additionally, they must have the ability to multitask while adhering to safety standards. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants who meet our criteria.
